Monday 29th April 24
Today residents started the week off playing What’s in the Box guessing game. A couple of residents went to the local church and had fun playing dominoes and bowling and Ena entertained everyone with a lovely tune on their piano.
Residents enjoyed being entertained by singer Russ Elliot today and Ernest had a visit to our arcade to play on the penny machines.
Julie came to pamper the ladies and manicure their nails and residents enjoyed playing snakes and ladders, with a large parachute and sensory items today.
What a brilliant day we had at Hillsborough park cycling with cycling 4 all. The weather was very kind and we even managed to have a picnic by the beautiful duck pond and enjoyed a cheeky ice cream.
Another busy day today playing cards and musical bingo. Leanimals visited this afternoon with a few animals and residents loved stroking them including a very tame mouse and fluffy skunk.
