Monday 12th February 24
Residents started off the week home from home folding bedding and towels and pair socks. They also enjoyed being pampered at the hairdressers, playing Darts, Basketball and Bowling.
Tuesday 13th February 24
Today we had a taster session from Ben at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club and the residents and staff had a great time doing some exercises, even much so we have planned to book a visit once a month. Annie came to sing some love songs for Valentines today and everyone had so much fun flipping pancakes this afternoon.
Wednesday 14th February 24
This morning residents enjoyed playing Play Your Cards Right and the ladies were pampered by Julie having their nails manicured Valentines theme. Unfortunately, Elmore Nursery didn’t make their visit but that didn’t stop us getting the bubble machine out and having fun popping them whilst having a sing along.
Thursday 15th February 24
Residents had a nice morning playing dominoes and looking through picture books of Sheffield. They colored some St David’s Day pictures and had fun joining in with a group quiz.
Friday 16th February 24
Ross Thompson came to sing for us this morning and residents enjoyed singing and dancing along. This afternoon residents enjoyed playing card games but we were too busy having fun and forgot to take pictures. 😊
