Gold Standards Framework aims to ensure that people live their life to the fullest extent possible. It also helps us to plan for the future when the time comes for end of life care wishes to be fulfilled.
We have been working towards this for the last 2 years which has involved many hours of Online Training, Webinars, Projects and providing evidence to show the improved quality of care leading upto end of life.
We are extremely proud to have this Award and we are the only Residential Home in South Yorkshire to have achieved this, here are a few pictures from our Day out in London to collect our amazing Plaque to display in recognition of all the hard work.
