Monday 4th December 23
Residents started the week off with a game of Play Your Cards Right and Lynn came to make everyone look beautiful with a trim and blow wave. We started to get in the Christmas Spirit with a beautiful Christmas Dinner at our local bowling Club and even had a visit from Santa who brought early gifts in the form of chocolate yummy!
Tuesday 5th December 23
Today residents had fun playing games on the interactive table and making Christmas ornaments out of salt dough.
Wednesday 6th December 23
Julie came to pamper our residents and did some gorgeous Christmas nails this morning. Residents relaxed whilst watching the sand table work its magic and this afternoon, we had the best time singing, dancing, playing with balloons with children from Elmore Nursery who came to sing and Kevin Kitchen who came to do what he does best and entertain us all.
Thursday 7th December 23
Reverand Sam came to bless us all with Holy Communion and we sang some Christmas hymns to get us in the festive spirit. In the afternoon residents worked hard stretching their limbs using resistance bands whilst having a sing along to some nostalgic music.
Friday 8th December 23
Alan Turner joined us this morning to entertain us all with his singing and knowledge of all songs past and present. After a busy week we had a nice chilled afternoon playing bingo to wind down ready for the weekend.
