Residents had a nice day being pampered at the hairdressers by Lynn, playing magnetic fishing, darts and looking through picture books.
Ben from SWFC came again today to play games and get residents moving their limbs. They enjoyed fiddling with sensory items, playing games in the arcade, a visit to the sweet shop and singing and dancing to Gary Grace who came to sing.
Today residents had fun playing quoits, visiting the sensory pod and doing exercises using resistance bands and pom poms. Julie also came to pamper the ladies and painted some beautiful nails.
A couple of residents went swimming at ALIVE High Green today but unfortunately the pool was dry! They still had a lovely time in the sensory room and café hug then nipped into Chapeltown for a browse round the charity shops. Residents also enjoyed doing jigsaws today.
This morning Keeley May came to entertain us all and had residents and staff singing and dancing along. This afternoon residents played animal bingo and did some jigsaws.
