Residents had a fun day playing target games trying to knock all of the tin cans down.
25th July 23
Today residents enjoying playing with sensory items and a few made some banners ready for our trip to Motion Community Games in August. Gary Grace came to sing this afternoon and had everyone singing along having a great time.
26th July 23
This morning a few residents enjoyed playing dominoes. Unfortunately, the nursery children were unable to visit as planned due to illness so we decided to get the big screen out and some popcorn and we enjoyed watching Norman Wisdom.
27th July 23
Resident enjoyed doing chair exercises using resistance bands and pom poms which was a brilliant way of building energy and waking them up. This afternoon we thought we’d try some of the new arcade games out. Obviously, we need to test them before we ‘officially’ open our Penny Arcade lol.
28th July 23
Today residents enjoyed playing musical bingo and were really good at guessing the songs just from a small intro. Unfortunately, this afternoon’s singer cancelled but that didn’t stop our fun and we got the Karaoke out which had everyone’s ears bleeding! 😊
30th July 23
Today we got the interactive table out and enjoyed playing bowling, interactive colouring and sensory games.
