Monday 15th January 24
Residents had a nice day being pampered by Hairdresser Lynn and had fun playing darts and doing jigsaws. Irene also enjoyed being spoilt for her 80th Birthday!
Tuesday 16th January 24
Today residents enjoyed playing a fishing game and loved Annie who came to entertain us this afternoon. She had staff and residents up singing and dancing along having a wonderful afternoon. We also held our Residents Meeting today.
Wednesday 17th January 24
This morning Julie came to pamper the ladies and made their nails look beautiful. Jane played card games with a small group and this afternoon we all loved seeing the children who came to visit from Elmore Nursery.
Thursday 18th January 24
We had a nice morning playing What’s in the Box and residents did well guessing the items inside…well with a bit of cheating! 😉 This afternoon we all got involved doing chair exercises using pom poms. Even those trying to hide in their room and on the corridor couldn’t get away with not exercising today lol.
Friday 19th January 24
Alan Turner came to sing to us this morning which helped residents wake up and start their day in a positive mood. This afternoon a few residents enjoyed playing Card Bingo together.
