Monday 12th May 25
Residents had fun playing with a remote-controlled car and What’s in the Box guessing game today. Geena and Betty also enjoyed a trip out the Chapeltown Methodist Church where they played dominoes, target and gossiped lots over tea and cake.
Ben from SWFC came to do exercises with us this morning and with the weather being so nice we chose to do it outside in the garden. Paul Barrie came this afternoon and had staff and residents singing and dancing along.
Today we had fun popping and blowing bubbles and bashing a beach ball around the room to each other.
Thursday 15th May 25
Residents enjoyed target practice and reading magazines this morning followed by a relaxing afternoon colouring in and making a Retirement card for our friend Bev from Woolley Wood School.
Friday 16th May 25
Unfortunately, Keeley May couldn’t join us as planned today but Hillary saved the day and stepped in last minute to entertain our residents with her beautiful voice.
Outside
We have re vamped our seating area ready for the Summer with some new lights, Wisteria and Gypsophila garlands and think it looks beautiful. Just hope the dry and warm weather continues.
