Mon 17th April
Residents had a lovely day being pampered by hairdresser Lynn and a few residents played noughts and crosses. Bowling Club went down well again and a couple of residents had fun playing games, singing hymns and chatting with the local community over tea and cake. They also came home with a couple of trophies.
Tues 18th April
Today residents enjoyed doing a jigsaw and playing with a remote controlled car, well that’s when we could get it off the relatives who were having most of the fun! 😊 Russ Elliot came to entertain us in the afternoon and residents were joining in singing and dancing along as usual.
Wed 19th April
Today some of our residents enjoyed being pampered having their nails painted St George Theme. We played Pop up Pirates which is always a good game for the old ticker! A few residents did some art and crafts whilst having a good natter and a brew.
Thurs 20th April
Reverend Sam came to hold Holy Communion this morning and residents were joining in with hymns and saying prayer. We had a more active afternoon playing with a large beach ball getting those arms and legs moving and keeping fit.
Fri 21st April
Today Alan Turner came to entertain us with his singing and handsome smile. Residents were singing and dancing along having a great time. We played Animal Bingo in the afternoon which was fun trying to guess the noise and match it to the animal on their card.
