Jane our activity coordinator returned from a lovely 2-week holiday and our residents were pleased to have her back. Although other staff engaged in activities with residents and we had singers, hairdresser and beautician as usual it just wasn’t the same without our Jane and her bubbly presence.
This week residents enjoyed playing animal bingo, doing jigsaws, reading, colouring, playing with empathy dolls, interactive pets and had lots of visitors.
Ecclesfield Comprehensive School Choir also came to sing for us. It was the first time since Lockdown that the group had sang in public and they did brilliantly.
