What a fantastic week!
Restrictions were lifted, we can now have unlimited visitors and our residents had so many friends and family come it has been a very busy week.
We welcomed hairdresser Lynn back and everyone looks amazing with their curly blows and trims. Our Beautician Julie also visited and the ladies enjoyed a gossip whilst having their nails manicured.
This week residents had fun playing games such as Play Your Cards Right, basketball and dominoes. They looked through magazines, read books, had doll and interactive pet therapy, exercise class with instruments and enjoyed doing art and crafts.
One of our residents Jean celebrated her birthday with family and friends and she was happy playing bingo and had a lovely afternoon singing and dancing with Gary Grace who came to entertain everyone. We also had another singer this week Keeley May who went down a treat and everyone looked like they were having an amazing time.
Residents baked some shortbread this week and enjoyed sampling whilst watching a film on the interactive table and having a sing along to tunes from the musicals.
