Monday 10th February 25
Resident had a nice morning playing darts and bowling with help from volunteers Alanya and Keaira. A couple of residents also enjoyed a spot of dusting and pairing socks which was a big help.
Tuesday 11th February 25
Alanya and Keaira joined us again to help residents play games on the interactive table and they had fun with some jiggling dolls which had everyone in stitches. This afternoon Paul Barrie came to sing and residents had fun with some photo props.
This morning a group of residents decorated some biscuits Valentine theme but they didn’t last long before they were all eaten up. Elmore Nursery came to visit this afternoon and residents loved playing and singing with them. We were also spoilt with another volunteer James who was very kind and helpful today.
Residents enjoyed playing dominoes today and doing jigsaws. Margaret also celebrated her birthday.
We had some puppy therapy today, a lovely boy called Arther came to visit us and had lots of kisses and cuddles for our residents. We didn’t want to let him go home. Ann celebrated her birthday and Keeley May came to sing us some love songs but unfortunately, we didn’t catch it on camera.
