Residents had a fabulous day playing different games such as Jenga, Pop up Pirate, Carpet Bowls and Hover ball whilst waiting to be pampered at the hairdressers by Lynn.
Tuesday 23rd April 2024
Today residents enjoyed playing Dominoes and doing chair exercises with Ben from SWFC. They had fun playing with a beach ball throwing it to each other around the room and loved singing and dancing along with Kevin Kitchen who came in the afternoon.
Julie our beautician came to make some of the ladies nails look beautiful this morning and residents enjoyed playing noughts and crosses and target games. We also had a nice afternoon playing darts and card games.
Residents had a nice day fiddling with sensory items and Jane was having fun with a plastic snake which had everyone giggling. Reverend Sam came to give Holy Communion and we had a relaxing afternoon doing art and crafts colouring and decorating some butterflies.
Keeley May woke everyone up this morning with her beautiful voice and smile. She got everyone engaged singing and dancing along which set the day off lovely. This afternoon residents enjoyed playing card games and bingo. Kay was happy when she won and got to visit the sweet shop to pick her prize. We have lots of new sweets so it was difficult to choose.
