Monday 25th September 23
Today we went back to Motion Community Games and this time we went stronger in numbers. Everyone had a fantastic day playing football, Balloon Tennis and doing exercises to some good old nostalgic music. Unfortunately, we didn’t win but our spirits weren’t damped because we were enjoying ourselves too much and managed to bring home 3rd place.
Tuesday 26th September 23
Residents had a nice morning playing magnetic finishing testing their hand eye co-ordination and they played better than Jane! Gary Grace came to entertain us with his beautiful tone and residents were singing and dancing along.
Thursday 28th September 23
Reverand Sam came to give a religious service this morning and residents sang some beautiful hymns. This afternoon we turned the music up and got everyone shaking those pom poms and getting some exercise.
Friday 29th September 23
Residents had fun this morning bashing a large beachball around the room to each other and it never disappoints to put a smile on everyone’s faces when it bounces all over the room. Russ Elliott came to sing this afternoon and was singing and dancing with staff and residents having a great time.
